As a design agency, TNM helps leading brands manage their creative communication &UI needs with on-brand, imaginative design solutions. We are now hiring for an Art Director to join our team and lead our design department.

Responsibilities:

- Help conceptualize design strategies and procedures for the internal design team
- Lead design team to manage design projects
- Conceptualize and manage design briefs
- Own and manage assigned projects; keeps team members informed of developments, deliver on deadlines and check in with mentor in case of bumps
- Enforce brand standards and help find new ways to effectively communicate the brand
- Stay up to date with best design trends and improvements, and implement where possible
- Lead team to explore new styles of design

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience working as a Sr. Graphic Designer
- 5+ years of experience of working in a leading advertising/branding agency
- Experience building out multiple large-scale branding projects
- Strong communication skills in English + Hindi
- Generate ideas and concepts to execute design briefs
- Manage conceptualization, execution, revisions and final delivery of design projects
- Expertise across Adobe suite
- Strong brief comprehension, referencing and imagination skills
- Strong design portfolio showcasing variety of design styles, ability to conceptualize complex concepts and eye for detail

Working details:
