You will become an integral part of the team, managing a portfolio of some of our key brands, and be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns.
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with your clients to understand their business and objectives, and offer creative and strategic input to propose the right solutions, and then work with the internal team to deliver campaigns and related collaterals on time. Our clients include Marriott Renaissance Mumbai, Westin Mindspace, Novotel HICC, The Leela Bengaluru, Y-Axis Immigration, Virtus IT - UK, PAD Advertising and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on a portfolio of accounts and manage day-to-day client communication
- Work with the team of designers and copywriters and delivery high quality designs, through sufficient referencing and research work
- Project-manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, ensuring they are on brief from concept to delivery
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels
- Understand your client’s business and objectives; input strategically to develop creative briefs
- Work-flow management – liaising with the design and strategy team in-house, and external vendors where needed
Candidate Desirables:
- Demonstrable experience of delivering as an Account Manager in an agency environment would be preferred
- Experience working with hospitality/luxury, consultancy, or FMCG brands is advantageous
- Management of integrated campaigns; creative, branding, content, digital, and social
- Hands-on delivery experience and stakeholder management
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbally
- A proactive attitude - enthusiastic and determined
